Yoga at the Sanctuary

Come join us for a peaceful evening of self care to benefit our sanctuary residents. Instructor Kendyl Hardin will lead us in an hour-long class 6:30 - 7:30. The flow will start with energizing movement anchored in meditation, and end with gentle sound healing and restorative postures. Then from 7:30 - 8 enjoy light refreshments and a visit with our residents.

Please arrive between 6 - 6:15 so we can get settled and start promptly at 6:30. Ages 12 and up, under 18 accompanied by an adult. Bring your own mat. Close-toed shoes recommended.
